Cross-Cultural Dance Resources Collection
Cross-Cultural Dance Resources Collection and School of Dance Archives is the result of a community partnership formed in spring 2006 between School of Dance and Cross-Cultural Dance Resources to promote research opportunities and explore global networking. Located on the first floor of Physical Education Building East, the Cross-Cultural Dance Resources Collection and School of Dance Archives features the CCDR Library (Collections and Archives), School of Dance Archives, and public space for exhibits and is designed to interface with the ASU Library system. Artists and scholars will utilize resources in this unique space to develop creative work. It also is a destination attraction for the public to experience a "living museum." Open access offers hands-on interaction and opportunities to physically engage and view this new concept for inspiring dance creation.
