Research

Through the Office for Global Dance Research and Creative Partnerships, the School of Dance in the ASU Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts provides a framework within which all dance research activities reside and interconnect. Projects include international institutional collaborations to support student and faculty exchanges as well as study abroad; student internships in dance festivals and business organizations; opportunities for students and faculty to embed dance in the community in cooperation with schools, museums, healthcare venues and social agencies; distance learning development to promote online dance research, performance and education; linking with libraries, databases and other research centers worldwide.
