and graduate students, 25 full-time faculty and staff members and an additional

Certification program in Dance Education (for the state of Arizona).

facilities in the country. The department boasts the Dance Multimedia Learning
Center and a strong partnership with the Arts, Media and Engineering
with whom we work on many innovative projects.
- More opportunities for students to perform before
an audience than any other university in the Southwest, with more than 30 formal concert performances and 20 informal presentations each year.
- The Department of Dance is part of the Herberger College of the Arts, which educates more than 2,500 students annually and encompasses the School of Music, School of Art, School of Theatre & Film and Department of Dance, as well as the research-based Arts, Media and Engineering and the ASU Art Museum.
